Under the European Union Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase without giving any reason. This period starts from the day you receive your login credentials.
After the 14-day cooling-off period, all subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing, but no partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
If Vytra TV experiences an outage lasting more than 48 consecutive hours, you may request a pro-rated refund for the downtime period. Minor interruptions do not qualify for refunds.
